These Terms apply to your use of everydaycollective.online and to any purchase you make from EveryDayCollective (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the shop or completing an order you accept them. If any part of them doesn’t work for you, please don’t place an order.

Who can order. You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

Listings and prices. We describe our footwear as carefully as we can, including construction, materials and sizing notes. Even so, we do not warrant that every description, photograph, specification or price is free of error. Colours can shift between screens. All prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Where an item has been listed at a clearly incorrect price or with materially wrong information, we may cancel the order — including after confirmation — and refund you in full.

How an order works. Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. We may accept it, decline it, or limit quantities, and an automated confirmation email is not acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch your shoes. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through the providers shown there. By paying you confirm you are entitled to use the payment method you have chosen.

Our content. Text, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are used under licence. Please don’t republish or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Using the site properly. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with how it runs, not to attempt access you haven’t been granted, and not to submit false details at checkout.

Guarantee and disclaimers. Eligible footwear carries the 12-month craftsmanship guarantee described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Beyond what we state expressly there and on the product page, the site and the goods are supplied “as is” to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryDayCollective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability in relation to any claim will not exceed what you paid for the item the claim concerns.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes. We may revise these Terms; continuing to use the shop after a revised version is posted counts as acceptance.
